Everything you need for a great session.
A little preparation. A few tasty treats. Calm, Trust, and plenty of room for your pup to be themselves.
You don’t need to practice poses or convince your dog to perform for the camera. Bring your dog as they are, along with a few favorite treats, and we’ll take it from there. We’ll pay attention to what helps them engage, give them time when they need it, and work with the personality they bring into the studio.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Bring plenty of small, high-value treats, plus a favorite toy if your dog has one. If there’s a special collar, bandana, outfit, or other accessory you’d love to see in their portraits, bring that too.
WHAT IF MY DOG GETS NERVOUS OR DISTRACTED?
Dogs bring different feelings about cameras, new places, strange noises, and being the center of attention. We’ll read what your dog communicates, adjust our pace, offer breaks, and work with what helps them feel comfortable and engaged.
HOW DO I CHOOSE MY PORTRAITS?
After your session, you’ll receive a gallery of selects based on your package. Choose your favorites, and we’ll finish those portraits for digital delivery and printing.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE EVERYTHING?
Your finished portraits are typically delivered digitally within 7-10 business days after you make your selections. Your 8×10 prints will follow another 7-10 days later.
CAN I CHANGE THE BACKGROUND COLOR?
Absolutely. Your portraits include the original background color, and we can digitally change the background on any finished portrait for $20 each.
WHAT IF MY PLANS CHANGE?
Life happens. You can cancel or reschedule up to 30 minutes before your appointment. We’ll accommodate late arrivals when the schedule allows. No-shows are nonrefundable.
