PupPossible™ Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 30, 2026

PupPossible is a brand and service operated by Resilient Rover, LLC (“PupPossible,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit https://www.puppossible.com/ (the “Website”), communicate or interact with us, book or receive services, participate in events or promotions, subscribe to communications, or purchase products or services from PupPossible.

PupPossible provides dog training and behavior services, dog photography and events, communication gear and related merchandise, educational resources, and other dog-related products and services. Certain portions of our services are provided through third-party platforms, including Squarespace, Square, Acuity Scheduling, and Mailchimp, as described below.

This Privacy Policy is intended to explain our privacy practices. It does not replace any service agreement, liability waiver, photography agreement, media release, purchase terms, or other agreement that may apply to a particular PupPossible service or transaction.

1. Personal Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with PupPossible.

Contact and Identity Information

We may collect information such as:

  • First and last name;

  • Mailing, billing, or shipping address;

  • Email address;

  • Telephone number; and

  • Other contact information you choose to provide.

Dog and Service Information

When you inquire about, schedule, or receive dog training, behavior, photography, event, or related services, we may collect information about your dog, including:

  • Name, age, breed, color, sex, or other identifying characteristics;

  • Behavioral history, temperament, training history, goals, challenges, or concerns;

  • Information concerning fear, anxiety, reactivity, aggression, bite history, or other behavior relevant to the services requested;

  • Health, vaccination, medical, mobility, dietary, or other information relevant to safely providing services;

  • Veterinarian information; and

  • Emergency contact information.

Information about a dog's health or behavior generally relates to the animal rather than the human owner. However, information submitted with it may identify you and therefore may constitute personal information.

Inquiry and Consultation Information

We may collect information you provide when you contact us, request information, schedule a free consultation, describe your goals or concerns, request a proposal, or otherwise communicate with us regarding potential or existing services.

This may include information provided through forms, email, telephone calls, text messages, consultations, or other communications.

When you schedule a consultation, training appointment, photography session, event, or other service, we may collect or receive information such as:

  • Your contact information;

  • Appointment date, time, and location;

  • Information you provide in connection with the appointment; and

  • Related appointment communications.

PupPossible currently uses Acuity Scheduling to facilitate appointment scheduling. Acuity Scheduling is a Squarespace service and may collect and process information in accordance with its own privacy practices.

Purchase, Transaction, and Fulfillment Information

If you purchase services, photography products, Communication Gear, merchandise, or other products from PupPossible, we may collect or receive:

  • Products or services purchased;

  • Order and transaction history;

  • Transaction amount and payment status;

  • Shipping address and fulfillment information;

  • Returns, refunds, or other transaction-related information; and

  • Customer-service communications concerning your purchase.

Payments and certain online-store transactions are processed through Square. Payment-card information you submit through Square is processed by Square. PupPossible may receive transaction details, customer information, payment status, and other information made available to merchants by Square, but we do not ordinarily receive or store your complete payment-card number.

Our Communication Gear and other merchandise may be offered through a Square-hosted online store that is linked to, embedded in, or otherwise accessible through the PupPossible Website.

Photography, Video, and Other Media

In connection with photography sessions, events, dog training, educational activities, or other PupPossible services, we may create, receive, or maintain photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, or other media.

The collection and use of media may also be governed by a separate photography agreement, training agreement, media release, event terms, or other agreement applicable to the particular service. Where a separate agreement governs PupPossible's rights to use particular photographs, video, or other media, that agreement will control those rights.

Newsletter, Forms, and Marketing Information

If you subscribe to our newsletter, complete an intake or contact form, request information, opt into marketing communications, or otherwise engage with our communications, we may collect:

  • Name;

  • Email address;

  • Telephone number;

  • Information submitted through forms;

  • Communication preferences;

  • SMS or email consent records;

  • Information about delivery, opening, or interaction with our communications, where available; and

PupPossible currently uses Squarespace for certain website and newsletter functions and Mailchimp for certain forms, email communications, and SMS communications.

Promotions, Sweepstakes, Contests, and Special Offers

If PupPossible offers a contest, sweepstakes, giveaway, promotion, or special offer, we may collect information you voluntarily provide to participate. Additional terms or privacy disclosures may apply to a particular promotion.

We do not collect information for a sweepstakes or contest merely because you visit our Website.

Some web browsers transmit “Do Not Track” or similar signals.

There is not a universally accepted standard governing how all websites must respond to browser Do Not Track signals. Accordingly, unless otherwise indicated through a Website privacy control, PupPossible does not currently respond to traditional browser Do Not Track signals.

Third-party services used on or in connection with the Website may collect information about your online activities over time or across different websites or online services, depending upon the technologies and services they provide and your settings with those providers.

We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to:

  • Comply with applicable law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or legal process;

7. Third-Party Platforms and Websites

PupPossible relies on third-party platforms to provide portions of our Website, scheduling, payment, e-commerce, communications, and other services.

When you follow a link to, submit information through, or otherwise interact directly with a third-party platform, that provider may independently collect and process information under its own privacy policy and terms.

This Privacy Policy describes PupPossible's practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of third-party services you use.

The Website may also contain links to websites or services that PupPossible does not own or control. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or content of unrelated third-party websites.

8. Email Communications

PupPossible may send you emails relating to inquiries, consultations, proposals, appointments, purchases, training services, photography services, events, account matters, safety information, customer support, and other transactions or services you have requested.

These service or transactional communications are different from promotional email communications.

If you subscribe to our newsletter or otherwise elect to receive marketing emails, we may send information about PupPossible services, events, products, educational content, promotions, or special offers.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the Unsubscribe link included in the message.

Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not necessarily prevent us from sending non-marketing communications that are reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, provide services you requested, administer a transaction, communicate important safety or account information, or otherwise maintain our business relationship with you.

Our email service providers may provide information concerning email delivery, opens, link interactions, unsubscribes, or similar engagement information.

9. SMS and Text Messaging

PupPossible uses text messaging for both service-related communications and, where a person has expressly opted in, marketing communications.

Individual and Service-Related Text Messages

If you provide a telephone number in connection with an inquiry, consultation, appointment, purchase, or existing service relationship, PupPossible may use that number for reasonable communications relating to that interaction or service.

For example, following a requested consultation, we may send an individual text message to let you know that we have emailed a proposal, recommendation, scheduling link, or other information you requested. We may also send messages concerning appointments, scheduling changes, service updates, orders, customer support, or other matters relating to your relationship with PupPossible.

Providing your telephone number for these purposes does not automatically enroll you in recurring promotional or marketing text messages.

Marketing SMS

If you expressly opt in to PupPossible's marketing SMS program, including through Mailchimp or another designated signup process, you agree to receive recurring promotional and/or marketing text messages from PupPossible at the telephone number you provide.

Messages may be sent using automated technology where permitted by law. Message frequency may vary.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Message and data rates may apply.

Opting Out of Marketing SMS

You may withdraw consent to marketing text messages at any time using the opt-out method provided in the message, including by replying STOP where reply-based opt-out is supported.

We may send a non-promotional confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out.

If a particular messaging service does not support reply-based opt-out, we will provide another reasonable method of opting out where required.

For assistance, you may reply HELP where supported or contact PupPossible using the contact information at the end of this Policy.

If you change or transfer your mobile telephone number, please unsubscribe the old number or notify us so that messages intended for you are not sent to another person.

Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and for legitimate business or legal purposes.

The appropriate retention period depends on the type of information and why we maintain it. Factors may include:

  • The duration of our relationship with you;

  • The time reasonably necessary to provide services or fulfill purchases;

  • Training, photography, appointment, or transaction records;

  • Customer-service needs;

  • Warranty, refund, chargeback, or dispute periods;

  • Accounting, tax, insurance, and recordkeeping requirements;

  • Safety and incident documentation;

  • Fraud prevention and security;

  • Applicable limitation periods or potential legal claims; and

  • Other legal or contractual obligations.

Information maintained by third-party providers may also be subject to their retention practices.

When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, anonymize, or otherwise dispose of it in accordance with our practices and applicable law.

11. Your Privacy Choices and Requests

You may contact us to request that we:

  • Provide information about personal information we maintain about you;

  • Correct inaccurate personal information;

  • Delete personal information you previously provided; or

  • Update your communication preferences.

We will respond to reasonable requests as required by applicable law and, where a particular law does not require us to do so, may honor appropriate requests as a matter of our privacy practices.

We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

We may retain information despite a deletion request where reasonably necessary or permitted by law, including to:

  • Complete a transaction or provide a requested service;

  • Maintain appropriate business, accounting, tax, insurance, or transaction records;

  • Maintain records concerning safety incidents, dog behavior, bites, injuries, disputes, complaints, or potential legal claims;

  • Detect or prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, or illegal activity;

  • Exercise or defend legal rights;

  • Enforce our agreements;

  • Maintain records of consent, opt-out, or communication preferences;

  • Comply with legal or regulatory obligations; or

  • Maintain other information that we have a lawful and legitimate reason to retain.

Because some information is maintained through third-party providers, deletion from PupPossible's active records may not result in immediate deletion from every backup, archival system, transaction record, or third-party system where retention is independently required or permitted.

To make a privacy request, contact us using the information at the end of this Policy.

12. California Privacy Rights

PupPossible is based in California and respects privacy rights provided by applicable California law.

Certain California privacy statutes, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), apply only to businesses that satisfy statutory thresholds or other criteria. PupPossible does not intend this Policy to represent that Resilient Rover, LLC or PupPossible is subject to the CCPA when it does not meet the applicable statutory requirements.

If PupPossible becomes subject to additional privacy requirements in the future, we will update our practices and disclosures as appropriate.

California residents may contact us regarding their personal information or privacy choices using the contact information below.

13. Children's Privacy

PupPossible's Website and online services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13.

If we learn that we have collected personal information directly from a child under 13 without appropriate parental or guardian authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it as required by applicable law.

Parents or guardians who believe that a child has provided personal information to us may contact us using the information below.

This provision concerns online privacy and does not determine whether minors may attend or participate in particular PupPossible services or events. Separate service agreements, event rules, or safety requirements may establish age or supervision requirements.

14. Security of Personal Information

PupPossible uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure.

We also use established third-party service providers for important functions such as website hosting, scheduling, payment processing, and communications.

Where supported by our Website and service providers, information transmitted online is protected through encryption technologies such as HTTPS/TLS.

No website, electronic transmission, database, wireless network, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, although we take reasonable measures designed to protect information, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted to or maintained by us or our service providers.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technologies, service providers, privacy practices, business operations, or applicable law.

When we update the Policy, we will revise the Effective Date shown at the top.

If we make a material change, we may provide additional notice where appropriate or required by law, such as by posting a prominent notice on the Website or contacting affected individuals using information available to us.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.

16. Changes to PupPossible's Business Name or Ownership

PupPossible is currently a brand and service operated by Resilient Rover, LLC. If Resilient Rover, LLC changes its legal name, reorganizes, or transfers the PupPossible business to a successor entity, this Policy may be updated to reflect that change.

A change in legal entity name alone does not necessarily change the privacy practices described in this Policy.
